Annachi as he is fondly called by all, Olaganathan is one of the most experienced and sought after trainers for the community based institutions in Tamil Nadu. He has been providing training and mentoring services through the several institutions that he is associated with; he sits in the Board of many Non-Government Organizations and shapes their thought and action.
