Sustainable Livelihood Institute has successfully completed its first year of operation in the month of March 2016. SLI organized a small event to celebrate its first year anniversary on 24th March 2016 (Thursday) evening at SLI Campus. There were more than forty guests including our resource persons from Auroville and its neighbourhood attended this event. The event started with chanting by Auroville chanting group. Mr Alain and Mr Joss Brooks , executives of SLI shared their experience and gave a note on the journey of SLI for the past one year to the audience. Mr.Arnab Chaudhury a musical therapist made the audience to participate by his musical rendering session. A presentation on SLI’s performance and the experience of the staff has been shared through a short video. Commemoration of first year anniversary, Mr. Joss released a Year Book on SLI and Mr. Lakshminaryanan, Liaison Officer received the first copy of the book.
