Alliance for Sustainable & Holistic Agriculture or the ASHA-Kisan Swaraj network is a national platform created in 2010 organized 3 day national level event between 1^st Apr’16 and 3^rd Apr’16. Keeping with the inclusive and broad-based approach, the Kisan Swaraj Sammelans are organized not only as national conventions of the Kisan Swaraj network for mutual learning, sharing and collective planning, but also as occasions to reach out to various networks, alliances and people’s movements to extend solidarity and draw from their expertise and experience.

Mr. Kumar and Mr. Madhan from SLI and Mr. Parthasharathy a regular faculty on community enterprises and an expert in Farmer Producer Organization formation, participated in this event on behalf of SLI and had a stall at the venue. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet experts from in the field of agriculture and promote SLI activities at National level.
